Stay organised with this reusable and dynamic Weekly Planner for Excel or Google Sheets. Use this template to plan the week ahead or create a generic timetable with no dates.

Combine the smart, clean look of a PDF Planner with the power of a spreadsheet. Choose your categories and assign to your Weekly appointments and tasks, the Weekly Planner will format everything automatically. Choose your own look by assigning your choice of colours to the categories, change at any time and apply to the whole planner.

Set the Start Date and let the Planner automatically create the week ahead. OR choose no dates and use a generic, un-dated Planner for timetables, chore schedules etc. Then reuse as many times as you need.

Features include:

• Create Custom Categories and Colours

Create up to 10 categories to assign to your appointments and tasks. Choose a background colour and each time you assign the category the Weekly Planner will format the cells in the correct colour. Changed your mind? Pick another colour and apply to the whole sheet automatically. You can also change the font colour to compliment the background colour.

• Pick any Weekly Start Day or None At All

Choose the date to start the week and the Planner will show the correct days and dates. Pick no date at all and select a start weekday for a generic (no dates) planner. The Weekly Planner is multi-purpose allowing you to use it as a date driven planner OR a generic non-dated planner (especially useful for timetables, chore lists etc.)

• Productivity Tools

Use the Weekly Tasks checklist to complete tasks throughout the week and the mini Habit Tracker to keep track of habits you want to maintain. • Hide the Side-Bar

Don't need to see the Setup and Weekly Tasks panels all the time, use the handy show/hide feature to give you a full view of the week.

Choose any day names you want allowing for a multi-language Weekly Planner

Use the Weekly Planner again and again each week for a variety of purposes! Ideas include:

• A traditional "plan the week ahead" planner complete with dates. Use for social commitments, family events, birthdays and anniversaries etc.

• A timetable for school and school commitments (for yourself or the children). Use the planner for things that don't change week-on-week and don't require specific dates

• A family chore list. Use the categories for members of the family and assign chores throughout the week.
